Death/Grief

Rosco Lockhart has never thought about the fourth dimension before.

But when he meets Tess, their friendship introduces him to possibilities that only a higher-dimensional creature could make happen.

From untying impossible knots, to defense against attackers, to stealing things from even the most secure safe, Tess invites Rosco to imagine a whole world just abreast of our own—a world that is above, but not up.

This mathematical fantasy from Mark Forrester is like Abbott's Flatland, except one dimension higher. Read it and see the world with new eyes!
