Glenn McCarty is the author of the Tumbleweed Thompson middle grade adventure series, as well as Junction Tales, a companion collection of short stories, and the Dead-Eye Dan novels for young people. He teaches middle school English in Western New York, where he lives with his wife and two sons in a small town that's pretty much Mayberry. But without Don Knotts. Bummer.
